Matt LeRoy

Matt LeRoy is a sought after author, speaker, and communicator across the U.S. He has a unique ability to capture the attention of thousands as if he were talking to each person one on one. He has been co-pastor of Love Chapel Hill, an eclectic, quirky church plant in downtown Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Matt is a graduate of Southern Wesleyan University. He and his wife, Sarah, are the proud parents of twin sons, Luke and Samuel, and reside in Chapel Hill, N.C.

Santes Beatty

Santes Beatty has about 27 years of ministry and leadership experience as a local church pastor, denominational leader, higher education administrator, speaker, as well as a coaching consultant.  Currently, he serves as the Director of Next Gen for The Wesleyan Church as well as the point person for this work in several districts in the United States and Canada. He has a Masters of Ministry Leadership with a focus on Youth Ministry from Huntington University in Indiana and has been ordained as both a Wesleyan and Baptist minister. He continues to serve locally as the Student Pastor of ONE Church in High Point, NC, but also serves nationally as the Director of Regional Conferences and Curriculum for Mosaix Global Network and is an Executive Coaching Consultant and Speaker for Second Chair Solutions. In all these roles, he helps to equip and resource leaders in their churches, universities, and organizations to see them reach their full potential. Prior to these roles, he served as Lead Pastor of Mosaic Midtown in Detroit and Director of Multiethnic Ministries for The Wesleyan Church. He is an itinerant speaker for Fuller Youth Institute and an instructor for Kingswood Extended, a ministerial credentialing arm of the Wesleyan Church that is housed at Kingswood University in Canada.

Santos is a native of Raeford, N.C., but currently resides in Greensboro with his wife, Nicole. They have five children: Tesia, Christian (2006), Josiah, Serenity, and Sarah, as well as a granddaughter, Nalani. They also have a fur baby named Cami (their Golden Retriever).  


David Drury

Known for his heart and humor, David Drury is a multi-vocational minister who teaches in a way that is relevant to the next generation and faithful to the core Christian beliefs. Starting as a night janitor for a church at the age of 19, David says he’s had similar jobs ever since, such as church planter, org founder, executive pastor, and chief of staff of the international headquarters of The Wesleyan Church. He is the author or co-author of twelve books, including Marketplace Multipliers, God is for Real, Transforming Presence, Being Dad, SoulHacks, SoulShift, and Ageless Faith. David and his wife, Kathy, have three children: Maxim, Karina, and Lauren.

Natasha Dongell

Natasha Dongell is the lead and founding pastor of Follow Church (coming in 2022), out of Clemson, South Carolina. She is an ordained pastor, worship leader, inspiring speaker, and author. Her deep love for Jesus and the church inspires a movement of emerging disciples who are called out "for such a time as this" (Esther 4:14). Her influence is born out of the sincerity of her faith, as she’s loved the One and Only through loss, widowhood, single-parenting, re-marriage, and physical challenges. Married to the enthusiastic Rev. Brent Dongell, her story continues to speak of God’s relentless love. You will be blessed to experience firsthand how her life testimony, true talent, and genuine beauty have yet to be fully realized as she ministers and still has so much to bring to the Body of Christ both locally and around the world.

Gabe Smith

Pastor Gabe Smith is the Lead Pastor of the Broussard Campus at Our Savior’s Church, a multi-generational, multi-ethnic congregation with a desire to see God break pride, poverty, and prejudice in South Louisiana. He has been married to his wife, Lauren Smith, for 12 years and together they have three beautiful daughters.

Pastor Gabe Smith attended ministry school at Grace College of Divinity. He joined Our Savior’s Church in 2013 where he has served as a Student Pastor, Small Groups Pastor, Associate Pastor, and now Lead Pastor.

Gabe has a desire to see the power of the Holy Spirit encourage and renew believers and to see Jesus receive the reward for His suffering.

Josh LeRoy

Josh LeRoy is a sought after communicator and spiritual director. He served as director of The Bridge Project, an outreach ministry focused on healing the wounds of racial division. This ministry was based in the East Side neighborhood of Asheboro, NC. He has also been an itinerant speaker throughout the Mid-Atlantic region since the late 2000s. Since 2015, Josh has spent time as a chaplain Correctional Centers across North Carolina. As a chaplain, he has worked closely with inmates of all faith backgrounds, many of whom struggle with issues related to addiction and mental illness. Josh’s heart desires to live a pure and honest life. He seeks to experience God through prayer, meditation, and study, and to make His goodness known through a lifestyle of simplicity and service.

Josh is married to Laura and has two children, Anna Grace and Ellis.
